Refund & Exchange Policy
At AlKhaleej Clinics, we want you to love every product you buy from us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better.
1. What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
You can return or exchange a product if it’s damaged or not as described.
To start the process, contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A picture of the invoice
Note: Complaints reported after 24 hours won’t be eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Report a Defective or Damaged Product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
Send us:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A picture of the packing slip or invoice
Don’t dispose of the item—you may need to return it for a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process for Defective Items
For defective items, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner.
We’ll share pickup details in advance.
Please pack the product in its original packaging to avoid additional charges.
4. Exchange Process
Once we receive and verify the defective/damaged product, we’ll issue a replacement.
If the product is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
6. Important Notes
- Online purchases can’t be exchanged at physical stores.
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return products in their original packaging to avoid extra charges.
